Charles Stephens Presents

Diana Mather

"Fabulously British" Hello! magazine

Diana, formerly a BBC newsreader, moved on from her successful career in broadcasting to offer training in etiquette. She devised the modern-day syllabus to improve manners for young ladies and introduced the first finishing school for gentleman.

She is a regular contributor to television and radio programmes such as BBC Breakfast, The Hotel Inspector, and BBC Radio 5 Live, giving advice on civility, image and style. She is the author of nine books, the latest of which is Secrets of Confident Communicators. She is a director and senior tutor for The English Manner.

During the show, Diana highlights the change in the role of women, how to flirt with a fan Georgian-style, and recounts her rather surprising gluten-free tea in India...
